Coreflux- LNG Process • Cryogenic Process Developed by Toyo Engineering Corporation (TEC), Japan to achieve high C2+ recovery rate (>98%). • Advantages : • Reflux of Demethanizer top product (Methane>99%) instead of refluxing feed LNG. • Design allows column to operate at lower pressure, hence re-boiler heat duty is lower.

Cold Energy Utilization • Cold energy from Feed LNG is utilized in De-Methaniser, De-Ethaniser, De- Propaniser condenser and in Butane cooler. • Total cold energy recovered is approx 65 MMkCal/Hr (~ 20000 ton of refrigeration)
Ultrasonic Flow Meter • Ultrasonic flow metering for LNG custody transfer. • 8 path transit time measurement. • High accuracy of measurement (± 0.5 %). • Non contact type.
