  3. TRAINING MATERIALS - 1 • Returning volunteers will receive Pub 4491 training package + Pub 17 + 1040 Instructions directly from IRS • I provided personnel lists to Denise Perry • Instructors will not receive special materials

  4. TRAINING MATERIALS - 2 • DC will receive training kits for new volunteers • 20 per district + CD’s if you run out of paper kits • Recommend handing them out at training sessions • DC should order Pub 17 and 1040 Instructions for new volunteers

  5. IRS Materials & Forms • DC should order for sites (minimum): • Intake/Interview and Quality Review Sheet (Form 13614-C) – 1 per taxpayer

  6. AARP ordering • Several ways to order AARP materials & forms: • Order through Tax-Aide Portal • Use form on AARP Extranet • Email • Fax • Postal mail

  7. AARP Web-based ordering • Access through Volunteer Portal, 24 x 7 • Web form delivered directly to AARP Fulfillment • Optional use by any Volunteer Leader that orders materials • Suggested and maximum ordering quantity alert pop ups • Ability to ship to locations other than volunteer’s address • Confirmation of order receipt
