  1. Custom home design Brunswick, Georgia Scope of work: Design of a 2 story custom house. Building Area: 5541sq.ft. Time frame: 1 month And we finally met the schedule Initial Request: Our client was seeking for a two-story cottage style house with a four Seasons Sun-room to make a perfect enclosure for a swimming pool- relaxation under the stars after a hard day at any time of the year – especially being wonderful in the winter time. There also had to be a screened porch, with access from the kitchen included.

  2. The challenges that we faced:Adjusting the main staircase. Designing the kitchen cabinet conforming to the specific situation. Coordinating the entrance with the Garage. Scope of work: Design of a 2 story custom house.Building Area: 5541sq.ft.Time frame: 1 month And we finally met the scheduleInitial Request: Our client was seeking for a two-story cottage style house with a four Seasons Sun-room to make a perfect enclosure for a swimming pool- relaxation under the stars after a hard day at any time of the year – especially being wonderful in the winter time. There also had to be a screened porch, with access from the kitchen included. The challenges that we faced:Adjusting the main staircase. Designing the kitchen cabinet conforming to the specific situation. Coordinating the entrance with the Garage. Our Architects had to separate the sleeping area with a corridor from one side, and separating the mother's room and bathroom from the other, in order to meet the client’s requirements to provide open space on the first level including the kitchen, dining and living area, 900 sq.ft. Total.
