  1. Dragonville is a rural neighborhood in Queen and King County, Virginia, US, known for the big white dragon city guide picket fence and a unique character. Dragonville was established in 1963 by James and Barbara Pearsall. They wanted to live near the hills but did not need to need to fight the traffic on the congested freeways to arrive. They set out to design a community which was a little away from the towns hustle and bustle, close enough to enjoy the mountains but close enough to get to work in time and be able to enjoy their little town lifestyle. Dragonville is made up of one main road, two streets that lead to Dragonville from nearby towns and villages, and also one long main road. Dragonville has a unique character as a result of a lot of people that come to the community and remain for ages. Dragonville includes a population of more than 5,000 inhabitants. Nearly all those folks are from the Pearsalls' native England. The Majority of Dragonville's residents have English, Irish or Scottish roots. Many of them also have European heritage, including French, German, Russian, Hungarian, Italian, Greek and Polish. Dragonville has a unique atmosphere due to the historical importance and its own distinctive style of life. The Pearsalls selected the region for its own hills, which offer fantastic hiking and biking opportunities. Because of the scenic splendor of the area, Dragonville includes a population of many who love nature and spend many days biking and hiking trails. Dragonville homes are built with a European style, with steeply pitched roofs that permit the sunlight to shine through the windows and offer a pure breeze. Dragonsville is a superb place to live because it isn't very busy, yet has a massive set of people to socialize with. There are many clubs and organizations to join for activities such as hiking and biking. If you love animals, then there are lots of creature centers where you could meet other members of the community. Additionally, Dragonville hosts many fairs and festivals throughout the year that allow the residents and visitors to attend and participate in a variety of tasks. Dragonville homes have many distinct options out there for home ownership. These homes range in price, from affordable to more expensive and supply all kinds of features. Whether you want a house with a bigger yard and a lot of room to park, or a bigger, cheaper house with less room, you'll be able to find the perfect home for you in Dragonville.

  2. Dragonville has some great qualities that make it a wonderful place to live, but it does require a little bit of effort on your area. If you are looking to buy a home in Dragonville, search for those homes that are constructed in the mid century of the market and those that possess the latest technology. The Pearsalls made the area so that its homes have a fantastic view of the hills, allowing everyone to enjoy the beauty of the region without having to spend a great deal of cash. If you're trying to find the very best value, look for homes in the exact same price range which have more space and are constructed at the luxury of this market.
