Biography Genora Trotter I was born and raised in Portland Oregon and the middle child among 5 core siblings. At an early age I displayed an entrepreneur spirit and drive that assisted my family. I am the CEO and President of several emerging companies: G Media Works NW, True Blue Records Inc, and Funkalicious G Productions. I am retired from Nike after 17 years of experience in operations, management, logistics, and customer strategic account management. My career spanned the US between Oregon & Memphis, and into Europe at the Nike Laakdal Belgium footwear facility. Life is about change, change that makes a difference for me, for you, my family, friends, and the world around us. A new and exciting chapter is open within the world of entertainment; this is not business as usual, and my fresh eyes, bold approach, strong ideation, never give up attitude, with a unique global perspective is a sure advantage. My new role is and will be challenging, but strong partnerships, my training at Portland Community College multimedia program, investors that believe in me, together with a focus on quality, creativity, and performance makes anything possible.
BIOGRAPHY Colonel Grant My name is Colonel Grant; I am Chief Operations Officer for G Media Works NW Portland Oregon. For clarity I am non-military. My momma gave me this Name because she thought I would do special things in my lifetime. I was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio in 1951, which would make me 61 years young. My career aspiration in life has been to be an inventor and a successful business owner. I was24 years old when I was awarded a United States patent for an aftermarket spray painting application, which generated strong revenues for a past employer and put me on the fast track for several job promotions and other company considerations. After completing the fast track I have held various sales and management positions and was owner operator of a small successful custom home improvement and Restorations Company. I held a top management position in the magazine publishing business, where I learned a great deal about the multimedia industry. I keep the desire to be successful by transferring my background and experience focusing on doing the things, which give me fulfillment and provide me with a strong sense of accomplishment. I completed my bachelors’ degree in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix in 2012. I have a fascination for the various ways in which media affects the lives of people both of positive and negative. This fascination for communication coupled with strong moral fiber and dedication to progress brought me to G Media Works NW, where I work with my closest lifelong friend Genora Trotter.
