  19. 24/7 BREAKDOWN SERVICE HOW WE OPERATE Your customer or driver calls your own emergency number and will be transferred to Heisterkamp Breakdown Service Depending on your wishes we will handle the call-out to your own mechanics or the required service partner The case will be recorded accurately in our IPOS system with all necessary data for a professional solution

  20. 24/7 BREAKDOWN SERVICE HOW WE OPERATE After completion of the breakdown all information will be send to your email address, so ( the next morning) you will have all the details about the breakdown The invoice will be generated by our automated system We can make allowance for your demands in our automated system

  21. 24/7 BREAKDOWN SERVICE POSSIBILITIES A) Messaging case; problem solved by your own mechanic Your customer / driver calls our operator and explains the problem and location. All information will be stored in our IPOS system. The mechanic who is on duty will be called, informed and will take over the case. All case details will be send by mail / fax immediately. >> Fee: short rate* << * Amount depends on your wishes / demands

  22. 24/7 BREAKDOWN SERVICE POSSIBILITIES B)Call-out to external workshop in Europe After consulting your management/mechanic an externalworkshop will be contacted. Breakdown Service will take over the agreed guarantee of payment and will send assignment by fax to the workshop. The Breakdown Service invoice will be sent with a copy of the invoice from the workshop >> Fee: normal rate<<
