  2. Breast cancer symptoms •  Seeing a lump in the breast • Change in the breast size or shape • Release of fluid from the nipple •  A sunken nipple • Change in the nipple’s color •  Mild pain in the breast •  Flaking of the skin in and around the breast

Breast Cancer causes • When there is an abnormal multiplication of cells, it creates a mass tissue. • The occurrence of this phenomenon in the breast is called breast cancer • Breast cancer generally originates in the inner lining of milk ducts. From that region spreads to other organs of the body.

  4. Precautionsto be taken • Limit alcohol and Smoking • Be physically active. • Avoid exposure to radiation and environmental pollution • Control your weight
