How those 5 different strategies matched the theme of the conflict ? • Answer : in forcing strategy I push gloria of the swing this action did’nt match the theme because it doesnt finish the conflict. • in compromise strategy I take turn with gloria for 5 minutes this action is match the theme because it finish the conflict. • In collabrate strategy

4. COMPROMISING Strategy Definition : you can have what you want but not all. • What was my Compromising strategy ? • play for 5 minutes each • Did it work ? yes • Why? Because it’s fair and everybody is happy for taking turn 5 minutes each

5. Avoiding Strategy Definition : Stay away from the problem. • What was my Avoiding strategy ? • I go and play another game. • Did it work ? yes • so i don’t need to face the problem

6. Accommodating Strategy Definition : accepting what everybody want. • What was my Accomodating strategy ? • we try so many ways to go on the swing together. • Did it work ? no • because we did’nt find the way to go on the swing together.

8. FORCING Strategy Definition : make somebody do it. • What was my Forcing strategy ? • I push gloria of the swing. • Did it work ? no • because is hurting other peple and is not finishing the problem and is not a very good way.
