Set-Up 16 Players (2 teams of 8 players – Red v. Yellow) • Location: In the Wrestling Room • 2 Goalies on opposite ends • 1 player in each circle, alternating throughout the room (2 in the middle circle) • Each Player has a foam paddle to use • Foam Dodge Balls are used as the Foosball
RULES Each Goalie starts with a foam ball (2 in play to start game) and puts the ball in play to players on his team on the teacher’s whistle. Players advance the ball by passing to their teammates. Players must stay within their circle and not leave Players use a foam paddle to hit the foam ball and score in the opponents goals. Goals are made by a foam ball hitting the end wall of the wrestling room between taped markers. When goal is scored, ball goes back to goalie, who passes it out. Players will rotate every 4 minutes.

Modifications • Use balls with an “S” and “P” written on them. When teams score with either one of those balls, the opposing team does a set amount of PUSH-UPS or SIT-UPS Skill Related: • Agility – Balance - Coordination • Power - Reaction Time - Speed Health Related • Body Composition - Cardiovascular Endurance • Flexibility • Muscular Endurance - Muscular Strength Work on Muscle Endurance and Muscular Strength (Health Related)
Modifications • Add 1 Ball a minute • Skill Related: • Agility – Balance - Coordination • Power - Reaction Time - Speed • Health Related • Body Composition - Cardiovascular Endurance • Flexibility • Muscular Endurance - Muscular Strength • Agility, Reaction Time, Speed, and Balance will be tested, as will cardiovascular endurance (Skill & Health related)
SAFETY FIRST • The ball must be played at waist height or lower. If a ball is popped up, play is stopped and a free kick is awarded to the other team. • DO NOT strike opponents with the Foam Paddle, and DO NOT strike the mat with the Foam Paddle (as it will ruin the paddles).
