Reconstruction of the building of the Republican Scientific and Production UnitaryEnterprise «Instituteof Power Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus» withcreating of additional 3 stores located at thr address: Minsk, Academicheskaya Str., 15, building 2. The reconstruction foresees transfer of new constructed rooms to the investor. Cost of the project –4,600,000,$

  2. Purpose of the project: Creation of the demonstrational energy efficient administrative buildingwith specific consumption of energy not higher than 30 kW·h/m2 for heating and using of alternative sources of energy is the main goal of the project

  3. Plan of investment realization

Method of receiving of a profit: • Selling of immovables to investors.Countable benefit is determined as difference between size of the investment and market cost of rooms that will be obtained by investors as their property. The analysis of the of market of immovables shows that cost of 1м2of obtained places is 1.8-2.5 thousands $. The total area of additional stores is 2,539 м2. The cost of this area is 4.57 -6.35Mln.$ or39.3 – 54.6 Bln. roubles of the Republic of Belarus. The specific prime cost of reconstruction will be 1.5 thousands $. Investors have to invest 3.8 Mln. because the Institute of Power Engineering of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus will invest in this project 0.8 Mln. $

  5. Other method of a profit receiving • Leasing of immovables (cost of 1 м2 площади is 15-20 euro monthly in this district of Minsk) • Cadastral cost of 1кв.м. of land in Minsk is 247-425 $.

Legal construction of foreseen transfer of immovables Ground: Consent of the President of the Republic of Belarus from 01.10.2010 г. № 10/540-94 Signing of the investment agreement between the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus and investor about financing of the project with following assignation of new constructed immovables with area 2,539 м2to property of investor.

  8. Project status • Survey work has been performed; • Preproject proposal have been elaborated; • 80% of designed work of the first phase has been completed; • The economical grounded potential of energy engineering solutions, of y saving as a result of an implementation of contemporary engineering solutions, of building thermal rehabilitation, of secondary sources of energy utilization, of automated systems of regulation as well as as a result of using of renowable sources of energy.
