UCS Financing Overview (Pilot) • Goal • Develop financing products to competitively support Cisco’s entry into the Data Center Blade Server segment with UCS • Deliver value while enabling Cisco and Partners to sell the complete UCS solution, including product from identified ecosystem partners • What’s new • Increased financing ratio of non-Cisco technology • Only applies when UCS SKUs are included • No restriction on the amount of non-Cisco from the designated UCS ecosystem technology partners • Who • Available for all customer segments • Deal size over £30,000/ €40,000/ $50,000 • Where • France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and UK • When • Available until 31 July 2011 The new Cisco Capital UCS Financing can only be used with UCS deals only and does not apply to all data center deals INTERNAL and Partners ONLY

UCS Financing – Increased Flexibility • Increased ratio of non-Cisco technology that can be leased with Cisco Capital • Only applies when UCS SKUs are included • No restriction on the amount of non-Cisco products from the designated Cisco UCS technology ecosystem partners (see list at right) • OpEx budget (potential): FMV leases available for hardware from designated partners denoted by an asterisk • CapEx budget: All else would be a Finance Lease • Residuals for Ecosystem Storage Partners • Only applies to hardware/ storage ecosystem partners on the UCS Complementary List (see right) • Available on residual based leases when you include a Cisco UCS • UCS Complementary • Partner List Hardware/ Storage Partners • - EMC* - Net App* • - Hitachi* Software Partners • - VMware - Microsoft • - BMC - SAP • - Novell - Oracle • - Red Hat INTERNAL and Partners ONLY
