Introduction • S & A Industries has a single business, hotel and resort renovation.  As a leading renovator of premier timeshare resorts and of four- and five-star hotels, S & A is one of the largest firms in the U.S. and the Caribbean with this specialty. • S&A has successfully completed every one of hundreds of projects throughout the U.S. and in the Caribbean. The company provides services in five principal areas of the renovation process: design/consult; property review; project cost budgeting; procurement; and physical renovation.

  5. Procurement Services If we become your procurement agent, we make a complete review of the final specifications of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment included in the procurement package. We will verify all pertinent information with the manufacturer and the approved client representative. • Property Review We review and evaluate issued drawings, blueprints, and specifications for correct measurements and cost estimates. Physical property inspections are completed, along with field measurements for final budget determinations and quantity confirmations. • Project Cost Budget We apply your intended scope of work to line item costs and task-specific labor pricing. We offer, at your option, procurement services for your project furniture, fixture, and equipment needs.

Procurement Services We generate purchase orders for the furniture, fixtures, and equipment included in the procurement package, review the orders again with the approved client representative, and, upon approval, place the orders with the vendor. • LABOR/INSTALLATION S & A Industries fabricates and installs granite, marble, and Corian. We are certified as an authorized “Hotel Converter” of Corian by Dupont. We Install porcelain tile, ceramic tile, and, agglomerate floor and wall tiles.
