Welcome Back! Spring 2014
CCSSE • What is CCSSE- Community College Survey of Student Engagement? • Why do we administer it? Provides college specific data with benchmark comparisons between Valencia and other top-performing colleges. It provides aspects of highest and lowest student engagement practices. • Why use the CCFSSE? Explores the extent faculty use identified promising practices in their teaching and compares what students think versus what faculty think about the utilization of these practices. • http://valenciacollege.edu/academic-affairs/institutional-effectiveness-planning/institutional-assessment/surveys/documents/CCFSSE2013StudentandFacultyNationalCohortFrequencies_000.pdf
