Update on Office 365 • To date we have migrated a little over 3,500 accounts • We have about a dozen accounts to migrate • This is the last week for bulk migration • Mid January (2013) – decommission old email servers • Issues: • Email 1,500 a day [impacts those who do mass mailing] • Slowness – email cache & creating folders • Directory – includes students, faculty & staff

  4. Update on Replace Program • Total of 250 computers (Dell & Apple) • All the Dell Computers and the Mac laptops are on campus. • iMacs were available only in early December….we hope to have them on campus in 2 weeks • Breakdown

Deployment Schedule In-Progress • Departmental IT Staff • 57 Dell Desktops (CM, McCormack Grad, EM, etc.) • 12 Dell laptops (CM) • Dell Laptops & MacBooks – IT will deploy Whalley Computer Associates • January 7 – 11: Quinn & Service & Supply - 68 • January 14 – 18: Campus Center, Science – 44 • January 22 – 25: Wheatley, McCormack & Healey - 42
