Choosing a Resume Format (20/20, 2.17)
Hybrid • Purpose similar to functional • Combines both the key features of the functional and the chronological resume. • Key accomplishments listed right after summary • Professional experience written the same as chronological, including job scope and accomplishment statements. • Most recruiters prefer chronological with job scope statements or hybrid over functional resume.
