  3. Bidis • The smoke from a bidi contains three to five the amount of nicotine as a cigarette and gives users at risk of nicotine addiction. • Smoking a bidi increases the risk of oral cancer, lung cancer, stomach cancer, and esophagus cancer. • Bidis have different flavors. home

Dissolvable Tobacco • Dissolvable tobacco comes in sticks, orbs, and strips. • Orbs are pellet shaped mints that contain 1 mg and dissolve in 15minuts. • Sticks contain 3.1 mg of nicotine and dissolve in 10 to 20 minutes. • Strips are like breath mints and contain 0.6 mg of nicotine and the melt in about 3 minutes. home

E-cigarettes • E-cigarettes work on batteries and have been developed to act as a regular cigarette. • Flavoring and many other bad chemicals are used in these and may have a cancer risk to the user. They also can cause bad health to your heart. • If the E-cigarette is ever broken, people can be harmed by the chemicals inside them. home

  6. Hookah • Hookahs are a water pipe used for smoking. The smoke is cooled and is passed through water. • Hookah smoking sessions last about 40 minutes. • The side affects are the same ones as regular smoking. home
