Affiliate Meetings - NY • 2 per year • 2-1/2 days each • NY is just large enough that people need most of day for travel • Locations • Hotel/Conference Center • Albany • Somewhere else • Agenda • Wide ranging • Discussion time • Training • Social • Dinners • Special Activities (home reception, glass blowing, geo-caching, water park, curling)

Pennsylvania Affiliate Meeting • 1 Annual Affiliate Meeting per year • Location – Penn State Harrisburg Library • ½ day update and ½ day training • Updates from the PaSDC, Philadelphia RO and CLMSO • Training on a topic of interest: • Round Table Discussion • 2 State Capital Office affiliate meetings • 1 Annual Data User Conference per year

Affiliate Agreement • Includes the following: • PaSDC Agrees to…. • House Affiliate website / maintain listserve • Conduct annual affiliate meeting • Provide training support • Disseminate census information to affiliates • Affiliates Agree to…. • Promote Census and PaSDC • Maintain Census library • Assist in education and promotion of Census • Attend annual affiliate meeting at least once in two years • File quarterly reports
