When The Volunteers Arrive Sign-In Sheet Start on time Welcome everyone / Thank you for coming! Orientation: bathrooms/water fountains? Introduce staff. Review safety procedures / proper use of equipment
During the day Provide snacks, water, and breaks Motivate and Compliment Their Skills! Take Pictures Supervise the volunteers Adjust tasks as needed Answer any and all questions Have fun!
