  5. Admin Task: 5% random selection • Search for all current parent records of each sub collection • Save as a group (i.e. 06AusSculpture) • Run admin task “5% Random Selection”

  6. Reports • Electronic PDF – extended details of each work including an image • Hardcopy - sorted by location and summary of details only • Electronic Excel document – summary details

  7. Crystal report sent as PDF

  8. Crystal report sorted by location

  9. Excel report

  10. Final Steps • The valuer updates the new valuations and returns the documents electronically • The excel documents are converted into CSV files • Files are copied to a folder in the backend.

  11. Admin task: external valuation load • Run admin task “external valuation”
