Best Paper Award • P&Ps for these award are being finalized by the Chairs of these award committees • Coming soon: link in TCCN's website • Call for Nominations for these awards will be posted through • TCCN mailing list • TCCN website (expected due date is Feb. 2010) • Awards are expected to be given during DySPAN 2010 (if not, then ICC 2010)

  3. TCCN Recognition Award • Award bylaws finalized • The call for nominations will be sent to TCCN-email list on 10th Dec. • Award: The recognition award can be given to one or more individuals who have made significant contributions to cognitive communications community. The significant contributions can be done either through research, leadership, and/or meritorious and distinguished service for the research community. • Eligibility: The serving TCCN TC chair, TCCN TC co-chairs and Secretary are not eligible for any award. Technical Committee Chair, co-chair and Secretary, as well as any sitting ComSoc officer (President and VPs) cannot nominate and/or endorse candidates for the award.Any member of the award subcommittee nominated for an award shall not participate in the selection process. • Currently no best paper award, but exceptional work can be awarded by the above rules.
