  2. There are a huge number of children who lack a ful?lling life and don’t have even the basics like food, September 2016 clothing and a roof over their head. August 2016 They are mostly children who have run away from home or have been abandoned by their families and RSS Feed have to fend for themselves, living on the cold, cruel streets. They have no access to Healthcare or Education either. This is where Salaam Baalak Trust (SBT) comes in, it provides the children with all basic necessities, educates them gives them support for everything they wish to do and helps them live there dream. Over the past 30 years Salaam Baalak Trust has provided support services for over 80,000 children. Over 15,000 parents were reunited with their children who had run away or were lost and more then 20,000 children have lived in there shelter homes during this period, accessing our many services and finding a new home and a family to replace what they may have lost or left behind. You too can be a part of this cause, you can donate for child medical aid. You can also contribute your time by volunteering to help out at SBT’s 6 centres in Delhi-NCR. Through SBT you are able to reach out to numerous children who are looking to live a better life. If you are planning a donation then you can do that through the website itself.
