Examination • How can we differentiate between EbuBekir and EbuCehil? • There would only be one level in humanity which would make us no different than Angles. • Without free will how could we progress? • How could we understand the meaning of free will without experiencing it? • How could we learn about God in its completeness with out experience free will?

  4. Implementation • Two aspects of a mirror. • Outer Face: Reflection and Manifestation. • Inner Face: Mirror itself. • This universe is exactly the same. • Outer Face: Physical World • Inner Face: Other Dimension of Life and Reality.

  5. Implementation cont. • We except that God has infinite power, will, control, etc... • Therefore God does not require helpers or partners to implement orders and wishes. • This is unlike human kings who require helpers to implement orders and wishes because they are impotent.

Implementation cont. • Thus, causes are only just a veil. • Honour and Greatness (Izzet and Azamet) require them to exist. • Oneness and Glory (Tevhid and Celal) require them to have no influence over creation. • Due to the examination, the outer face of this universe contains states that are not compatible with the Honour and Greatness of God.

Implementation cont. • The inner face of this universe and the reality of matters is totally clean and beautiful. • Therefore, the Oneness and Greatness of God does not allow causes to associate with the creation of matters. • Causes in the inner face of the universe and in reality have no true effect. • There are many proofs for our claim.

  8. Implementation cont. • Things in this universe that are associated with goodness contain less causes such as life, rain, food, etc...

  9. Wisdom Prevention

  10. Prevention • Causes have been created so that unjust complaints and baseless objections should be directed at them and not at the Absolutely Just One (God). • For the faults arise from them, from their choice. • The following narration makes this point clear.

Prevention cont. • The Angel Azra’il (Peace be upon him) said to God: “Your servants will complain about me while I am carrying out my duty of taking possession of the spirits of the dying; they will be resentful towards me.” • So God said to him through the tongue of wisdom: “I shall leave the veil of disasters and illnesses between you and my servants so that the complaints will be directed at them, and they will not be indignant at you.”

Prevention cont. • So see, illnesses are a veil; what are imagined to be the bad things at the appointed hour are attributed to them, and what are in reality the good things in the spirits of the dying being seized are attributed to Azra’il (PBH) and his duty. • Azra’ilis also a veil; he is a supervisor of that duty and a veil to Divine power so that certain conditions when spirits are seized which are apparently unkind and are inappropriate to the perfection of mercy be attributed to him.

  13. Prevention cont. • Understanding this narration will allow us to comprehend many other topics. • From the creation of Satan, Adam(PBH) being thrown out of heaven, etc... • They are all causes for the Human Project of God. • The project that would produce fruits like Muhammed(PBH).

  14. Prevention cont. • Again its God Honour and Greatness that is making causes prevent complaints being directed to him. • Hence the subtitle Prevention.
