  3. Goals • To increase access to social contexts • To make communication more ubiquitous/seamless than with a typical communication device alone • Establish a communicative presence without attracting unwanted attention • To provide a contemporary, de-clinicized design appropriate for adults

  4. Social Butterfly(remote language presence) • Wireless Hub for text-based communication • Works as a peripheral for existing communication devices or can be adapted for Phone or PDA keypad • Real-time uni-, or multi-directional chatting
