  3. BIOGRAPHY • Titan’s birth is unknown, but he claimed in a letter that he was born in 1474. • He died in 1576 from the bubonic plague. • He grew up in Venice. • He came to his profession by being forced to move away to his uncles.

  4. MOST FAMOUS WORK • Titan’s most famous work is the his paintings.

  5. EFFECTS ON RENAISSANCE • Titan’s work is a good example of the rebirth or renaissance. • He famously created the concept of color triangles in The Assumption and Coronation of the Virgin (previous page) • His artwork mostly connected to humanistic artwork. • His artwork helped support humanism and was very detailed.
