Fidelity Assessment Exercise • You will be given one section of the Fidelity Assessment Tool: • Foundation/Engagement • Inquiry & Exploration/Teaming • Advocacy/Accountability • Your Tool will either have: • The Full Profile Version or • The Condensed Version • Review the Behaviors described on your assigned Tool • Read the Scenario that provides information about Any County, CA, the Child Welfare Director and a meeting she is holding with her Managers.
Fidelity Assessment (cont’d) • Watch the 10-minute Video – with a focus on the Director. • While watching the video – take notes on behaviors that stand out for you. • After the video ends, review your notes, the scenario and rate the Director – using the scale on your form: • (1) – Recognizes the Need to (Emerging) • (2) – Intermittently (Acquiring) • (3) - Consistently (Accomplished) • THERE IS NO RIGHT ANSWER
Fidelity Assessment (cont’d) • After you complete your rating – your table will explore a set of questions that have you reflect on your experience using the Tool. This will provide valuable input to the Fidelity Assessment Design Team for improving the tool’s usability.
