  2. 一、总体情况 1、命题指导思想和原则 命题以《义务教育课程标准实验教科书》和《全日制义务教育课程标准（英语科）》为依据，试题类型与中考题型基本一致。命题思路是“立足基础，强调能力，以人为本，体现素质”，易中难的比例为6:3:1。无偏题，怪题，体现“科学，严谨，客观，公正”的命题原则。

  17. 教学启示 红塔区2008 ---2009学年末八年级英语教学质量抽测重视考查学生对英语基础知识与基本技能的掌握情况，同时也考查学生在具体情景中运用英语分析和解决问题的能力。根据此次试卷抽样分析，我个人认为在以后教学过程中应注意以下几点： 1、重视“双基”的训练。 2、加强听说能力的训练与培养。 3、重视学生阅读和书面表达能力的培养。 4、分层施教，狠抓落实。 5、学生必须过单词关，特别是课程标准中要求掌握的词汇。 6、在实施新课改教学当中，绝不能放弃传统语法教学。
