Purpose, Vision , and Mission • What is Purpose? • What is Vision? • What is Mission?
That thing that is the reason for you being. What is Purpose
To take the Gospel to the world through worshipping God, through teaching the Word of God, and through developing ministries that will have a ‘life changing’ impact on people’s lives. The Purpose of LCM
Is what passionately desire to achieve? It produces passion, pursuit, and purpose. What is Vision
Vision: the capacity to create a compelling picture of the desired state of affairs that inspires people to respond; that which is desirable, which could be, should be; that which is attainable. A godly vision is right for the times, right for the church, and right for the people. A godly vision promotes faith rather than fear. A godly vision motivates people to action. A godly vision requires risk-taking. A godly vision glorifies God, not people. Bob Logan
The Lord has called us to establish His Kingdom upon the earth, spiritually and naturally, by revealing the Life Changing power of God in our nation and in the nations of the earth. The Vision of LCM

Understanding Kingdom Government Order produces favor.
What is meant by Apostolic? – They are pioneers who produce “Kingdom Building” strategies, not just for a church, but for a region, a city, and for nations. What is government? – Government is defined as the particular group of people, who control a (nation-)state at a given time, and the manner in which their governing organizations are structured. That is, governments are the means through which power is employed and deployed. Apostolic Government
The Antioch church is a model apostolic church. • The Antioch Church equipped, anointed, and sent out leaders by the leading of the Holy Spirit. • From Antioch God initiated apostolic endeavors that resulted in the planting of strategic churches. • The churches of Corinth, Philippi, Colossi, Ephesus and Thessalonica were all formed as a result of the outreach from the church at Antioch. • The church at Antioch represents a governing territorial apostolic church. • It represents a church that has a burden for nations and is focused on fulfilling the Great commission. (Acts 13-15) Antiochian Model
Functional Gifts • Apostles • Prophets • Evangelist • Pastor • Teachers Church Government • Bishop/Senior Pastor • Elder • Deacon • Minister Leadership Model
Your role, and your position • Have a clear understanding of our function on the earth • We have ‘Restored’ dominion (Psalm 8:4-8; Romans 5:15-17) • We are to worship and honor God • We are to establish (put in place) the Kingdom of God on the earth – (Revelation 11:5) • Personally • Family • Community • City • State • Nation
Your role, and your position • Share the ‘Good News’, the Gospel of Jesus Christ • “For God so loved the World that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” John 3:16 • Everlasting Life - God’s life or eternal life (life that is full and complete) • Connect to the vision of your church • The number 1 problem with most churches is that members believe the church should line up with their vision, instead of connecting to the vision of the church • Pray for the vision of the Pastors, their marriage, their finances, their health • Whatever you release in the life of a man of God – God will release in your life (1 Kings 17; Matthew 10:41,42)
Financially support your church, and its purpose • The release of your treasure or your money reveals where your heart is…(Matthew 6:21) I love my church and my Pastors – “show it” • Giving releases favor and opportunity in your life…(Philippians 4:19; I Kings 3:4,5) • Solomon gave a $100,000.00 offering, at Gibeah it activated his destiny, unfathomable wisdom, and immeasurable favor • Find areas of service to the vision and occupy it (or work it) And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. Luke 19:13 Occupy means: • to be occupied in anything • to carry on a business • to carry on the business of a banker or a trader • We serve God through men… • Every leader, member, and covenant partner should find an area of service (i.e. cleaning, evangelism, feeding the homeless, serving the elderly, sick and visitation, prison, etc.)
Your fulfillment will always be in the place of your service to God. • Jesus said to him, "Whoever starts to plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom of God.“ Luke 9:62 • We serve God through men… • Every leader, member, and covenant partner should find an area of service (i.e. cleaning, evangelism, feeding the homeless, mailing, serving the elderly, sick and visitation, prison, etc.) • Your fulfillment will always be in the place of your service to God. • Jesus said to him, "Whoever starts to plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom of God.“ Luke 9:62
