STAR Status Report. Salvatore Fazio BNL Time meeting – 9 April 2013. Efficiency of sampling luminosity. Shift crew has been very efficient! EEMC -> 1/3 of the detector down during the weekend, now back in the run FMS -> Included in the run . STAR has been running smoothly the past week.

  3. Luminosity tracker Red line -> 2013 goal Blue line -> latest projection W - AL Jet - ALL Stable since last week High polarization needed

  4. Summary • STAR is up and running smoothly and efficiently • W AL almost on target • Jet – ALL is still off-goal (it will improve if a higher polarization) We got a new unexpected cutie crew member in the CR this morning! A cheese pizza lover…
