About Samas Krav Maga • We combine cardio fitness with highly effective and easy to learn tactical self defence based on Krav Magaprinciples. • All ages and skill levels - Civilian - Security - Police - Armed Forces. • We can also cater for corporate or team building events - please enquire. www.samas-tactical.com

What We Do • We specialise in self defence and short interval cardio conditioning. • We utilise highly specific physiological response training and simulate environments to give you the skills you need to be able to think on your feet, adapt to your changing envionment, and apply the necessary strategy to achieve an economical outcome. • We pressure test techniques and we believe that strategy and mental preparation is a vital component of conditioning under duress.

Prices • With regular training in our system you can expect a good level of proficiency within 12 months. • Our system focuses on giving you easy to learn skills in the shortest possible timeframe with good results. • General admission: • Student and concession rates available. Gear • Safety in training is an integral part of participation. • We have a “no gear - no training” policy if you are wanting continued participation • The following items are required for each class. • We have all these items available - please enquire. • Mouth guard • Groin guard • Head guard with safety mask • Forearm guards • 16oz boxing gloves
