Track Summary Ratings in EmpowHR Reports for District Directors and SEDs

District Directors and SEDs can track the progress of summary ratings within the district/state using EmpowHR Reports. Ensure correct FY, finalized status for all plans, and view all employees. Track entry of performance plans and check status for applicable supervisors.

  1. District Directors and SED’s Track progress of summary Ratings within the District/State using EmpowHR Reports

  2. Select Manager Self Service

  3. Select “Performance Summary” located Under “Reports”

  4. Ensure that you are viewing the Correct FY. Click on “view all” if some employees are not showing up on the list.

  5. Ensure the status for all plans is “finalized”. This is VERY IMPORTANT! The system will not allow you to enter “Progress Reviews” or “Summary Appraisals” If the plan is “Not Finalized”.

  6. District Directors are to track entry of performance plans by CED’s and FLM’s for employees they supervise to ensure completion by the October 30 deadline. Click in the box on the same line with the 5 tier performance plan information under “direct reports” for the applicable CED or FLM to view the status of performance plans for employees the CED’s/FLM’s supervise. This process also works for SED’s to drill down and check on any location within the State.
