  1. PRESS RELEASEThe North Florida Rams AssociationPresentsDuval Panthers Football 2008This is Minor League Football at it’s Best……. The Duval Panthers has began pre-season practice and will continue practice on the following days; Tues., Wed., & Saturdays 7:30pm @ Lackawanna Park; their is a player registration fee of $50 and this must be paid first, in order, for player(s) to receive his practice jersey .
