The Application • Begin with enough time to meet all requirements. • If you can’t finish on time, don’t bother. • If at all possible, use a word processor or typewriter. • Pay special attention to required attachments.
The Resume • Generally must include a properly formatted cover letter. • If you were a new car, your resume would be your window sticker. • Include only pertinent information. • Embellishment is ok, but lying is not. • Examples
