  3. The Target Area Leominster Rural Communities to the west of A49 & A438 ( 5 Mile radius of Hereford and Leominster ) City of Hereford Ross on Wye Active Aging

To increase opportunities and engagement of people over 50 in rural areas Process Task Series of focus groups across designated areas Establishment of 2 Project Groups ( Peterchurch and Kington ) Establishment of 2 Control Groups ( Pan Area ) Regular and Agreed Programme of Meeting with Ongoing Evaluation Active Aging
