Summary • Develop a prototype web site that support & demonstrates AI Supported Clinical Decision • Develop Models for Decision and Prediction – Decision Tree and Neural Networks • Case study: Non-Invasive Prediction of Fibrosis Stage in Hepatitis Patients who have Liver Biopsy
Method • Use Standard Lab Test – No special Blood Work or Equipment • Explore multiple AI methods (Decision Tree & Neural Networks) to improve accuracy • Simple Interface to visualize results • Developed in ASP.Net (VB) utilizing Visual Studio 2008. Required for Imagine Cup entry. • Validate Results with Clinical Physicians
Decision Tree Partial Output The whole tree has 165 nodes and 83 leaves.
