Vakil Bath is an old public bath in Shiraz, Iran. It was a part of the royal district constructed during Karim Khan Zand's reign, which includes Arg of Karim Khan, Vakil Bazaar, Vakil Mosque and many administrative buildings
Vakil Mosque Shiraz was built between 1751 and 1773 and was restored in the 19th century during the Qajar period.
Vakil means regent, which was the title used by Karim Khan, the founder of Zand Dynasty

In 1615, Imam Gholi Khan founded the serene Madrasa-e-Khan theological college for about 100 students. The impressive portal at the entrance has beautiful and unusual type of stalactite moulding indside the outer arch and some intricate mosaic tiling with much use of red.
