  4. Body • The Text: • Divisions (may not be required but are preferred) • Citing • Footnotes • Other • Double space unless otherwise noted • 12 pt. font (Times New Roman)

  5. Body • Divisions • Introduction • Body a. Chapters b. Headings c. Sub-Headings • No strict format • Never end a page with a sub-heading • Triple space between sub-headings • Be Consistent • Conclusion

Body • Citing • Quotes • Less than 5 lines… use quotation marks • Block quotes: 5 lines or more which is not a full paragraph… • Indent entire quote as far as first line in paragraph • Single-spaced • No quotation marks • Full paragraph quotes…same as block quote but with one extra tab indentation for 1st line • Paraphrases
