The Church In Antioch “A Church-Planting Church” 1 Now there were in the church that was at Antioch certain prophets and teachers; as Barnabas, and Simeon that was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen, which had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul. 2 As they ministered to the Lord, and fasted, the Holy Ghost said, Separate me Barnabas and Saul for the work whereunto I have called them. 3 And when they had fasted and prayed, and laid their hands on them, they sent them away. Acts 13:1-3

    5. The Two-Fold Purpose 1. To render a ministry to each conference by training 2 pastors per year who are committed to mothering a new church from their present congregation 2. To render a ministry to the IPHC by building a network of mother –church pastors across the denomination

    6. The Plan Each Conference will select 2 pastors who are committed to mothering a church and recommend them to Evangelism USA. EVUSA will plan to meet with these pastors for a Thursday-Saturday Training Seminar (The Antioch Encounter). The Seminar will be taught in each of the 4 zones of the denomination to make it easily accessible.

    7. Antioch Encounters The Partnership Each Conference will provide: 2 Selected Candidates (and spouse) Transportation Expense 2 days food allowance Estimated cost: $250.00

    8. Antioch Encounters The Partnership Evangelism USA will provide: Cutting edge training Leading IPHC ‘Mother Church’ Planters Training materials 2 nights in hotel 1 dinner meal on Thursday Breakfast Friday and Saturday

    16. The Product Antioch Network 2006 – 2010 19 Antioch Encounters 537 Attendees at 2006-2010 Encounters Over 336 were pastors 245 committed to Antioch Network Since 9/1/06 – Network has been operational with bi-monthly electronic resources; phone calls; e-mails; and 1 Annual Hard-copy Resource

    18. Antioch Church Award Purpose To honor pastors who have the vision and passion to birth new churches out of their congregations.

    19. Antioch Church Award Honor Will Be Given Through The Following: 1. Public Presentation Of The Antioch Church Award Certificate 2. The Antioch Church Lapel Pin 3. A “special” diamond pin will be presented to those mothering 5 or more churches.
