  3. WHAT IF YOU DON’T KNOW? • Ask somebody. • Parents or guardians • Teachers • Mentors • Professionals • Identify careers that match your personality. • Follow your passion and purpose in life. • Don’t just listen to the experts,… become one. • Remember,…if you fail to plan,… you plan to fail.

WHAT KINDS OF PERSONS ARE BEST PREPARED FOR A GREAT CAREER? • Well educated scholars who can • Read thoroughly and comprehend material, write with accuracy, and speak with confidence and persuasiveness. • Use mathematical skills and reasoning at advanced levels. • Apply the scientific method, as applied in scientific inquiry. • Use computers, digital imaging, laser operations, robotics, etc. • Well qualified individuals who are skilled in leadership, in ethical decision making, in communication, and in teaming. • Individuals who are culturally literate and fluent in globalism. • Individuals who can use math, science, and technology in everyday life.
