  1. Personal Hygiene: 3 Things Women Should Take Care of The word personal hygiene refers to the practice of keeping ourselves clean and healthy. Today, men and women are both significantly aware of the importance of personal hygiene; women just need to pay special attention to their personal care. Well, the reason is that many women’s health diseases go unnoticed and undiagnosed unless they worsen over time. Therefore, for women, personal hygiene is much more than simply remaining clean and hygienic. Not only does it maintains the good overall health of women but also protects them from any harmful bacteria or germs. More than half of total women population worldwide suffers from mild vaginal infections to life-threatening diseases like Cervical Cancer, Interstitial Cystitis, Urinary tract, etc. Where using dirty toilet seats and excessive use of chemical products on vagina are the major causes of women’s health diseases, unhygienic practices during menstruation or pregnancy, etc. are the others. Doctors recommend that feminine hygiene is extremely necessary and should be taken care of. So, here are the top 3 things women should watch out: 1. Excessive use of feminine soap and wash Many women tend to use intimate wash and soap protection for keeping the external and internal genitals scented and clean. Actually, they don’t have to use the chemical feminine soap and wash for their vagina. For protection against any infection; the vagina produces natural oils and discharge to self-cleanse it. The excessive use of intimate wash strips these natural oils produced by natural discharge and make it more vulnerable to infections. 2. Extra precautions during menstruation

  2. This may sound a bit odd, but women do not really have to take extra precautions and care during their red flag days. Many women do vaginal douching every time they go to pee during the bleeding. This is an alert! One should avoid doing this because the douching pushes the bacteria back to the tract resulting in pelvic inflammatory diseases. Instead, women may use lukewarm water and mild soap to cleanse vagina just like any other normal day. Also, one should avoid using scented pads and tampons because they contain chemicals which might not be good for vagina. 3. Use of unclean toilet seats Dirty and mucky toilet seats are the best carriers for harmful germs and bacteria capable of transmitting diseases to women. Therefore, women should avoid using it and may opt for female urination devices which let women pee standing up with comfort. For elderly women, pregnant ladies, and the hygiene oriented women, such disposable female urination devices are of great use as they are protected from dangerous vaginal infections and diseases.
