F-22 Radar Cross Section Testing Facility 49,826 SF High Bay industrial production facility to test the low observable radar characteristics of a full size F-22 fighter aircraft. Also designed for dual use to test the F-35 fighter Using Organization: 309 CMX
Reserve Squad Ops/AMU Facility 12,249 SF Two story squadron operations and aircraft maintenance unit facility to collocate the operations of two 419 Reserve FW squadrons with the 388 FW at the 388 FW compound, as an essential part of the Total Force Integration program Using Organization: 419 Reserve FW
Child Development Center 35,693 SF Single story Child Development Center in addition to the existing CDC to accommodate an increase of 305 children of both military and civilian personnel due to new missions. Using Organization: 75 ABW/SV

F-22 Fueled Composite Aircraft Overhaul/Test Facility 65,172 SF Medium bay fighter hanger with five repair docks, three of which are equipped as paint booths. Project includes a 5,738 SF administrative support core.
F-22 Heavy Maintenance Facility and Composite Back Shop 105,271 SF Multi-dock medium bay fighter maintenance hangar with an aircraft component production area and administrative support core specifically for the new F-22 maintenance mission. Using Organization: 309 AMX
Munitions Maintenance Facility 25,165 SF Single story medium bay maintenance shop to provide centralized command and control for munitions inspection and maintenance. Using Organization: 388 FW
Alter Bldg. 295 for BRAC Engine CIRF 29,245 Selective demolition, repair, and new construction to transform bldg. 295 into a fully functional jet engine Consolidated Intermediate Repair Facility (CIRF). Using Organization: 388 FW

Hydraulic Flight Control LEAN Transformation Facility 20,000 SF Two story addition to Bldg. 503 to provide LEAN Cells and significantly improve the efficiency of the aircraft hydraulic component repair process. Using Organization: 309 CMX
Aircraft Power Systems Repair Transformation Facility 31,495 SF Medium Bay aircraft auxiliary drive engine and gearbox components overhaul and repair shop that will provide LEAN cells and significantly improve the efficiency of the aircraft component repair process. Using Organization: 309 CMX
