Best • Patient with each other • Positive • Encouraging and supportive • Took the time to listen and help • Noticed/were interested in coworker strengths/hidden talents • Acknowledged that everyone works differently • Weren’t competitive with each other • Invested in developing relationships with each other and recognized the value that could have at work • Believed in the value of quality over than quantity • Supports life/work balance • Didn’t try to micromanage/no hall monitors • Great communicators Worst • Made divisions in the group • Backstabbing • Loved to gossip • Never knew what was going to be used against you • Didn’t care about other members of the team • One-upping • Bullied other members of the team • Hall monitors • Negative attitudes • Not playful
