  3. Vitamin D is important for structure of bones and against damage of bones. • Vitamin D is also important for immune system. • Vitamin D influences immunity, protects heart , decreases the risk of malignancies. • Vitamin D we obtain from fish fat, liver, egg yolk, milk.

  4. The lack of vitamin D causes: 1)tendency to disease • 2) softening of bones • 3) toothdecay • 4) osteoporosisandrickets • Overdose of vitamin D causes: • 1) bad level of phosphorus andcalcium in blood • 2) death
