Social Worker Politicians for Women Welfare Today, Social work has also become a profession which includes the improving of other people's lives and helping them economically or mentally to take them out from many complicated situations. There are myriad fields and areas, where social workers are working both with the coordination of government organizations, and some private firms. All social workers are following a sort of code of conduct, which is a kind of holy book of ethical principles that a social worker must have in their operations and conscience.

  2. Each and every social organization have its own set of values and code of conduct for its employees. On the same lines, the National Association of Social workers has a code of ethics for social workers operating round the nation and this network and policies are very comprehensive. It firmly applies to all sorts of workers including Social Worker Politicians, and includes all the mandatory social values and characteristics, which are must in a good worker working in public domain.

  3. Among all of these, the major ethical value is service. It directly relates to the objective of a worker and is to provide a social service to the community and the people, and help in any possible way. And these all services and volunteering must be without in lieu of any financial gain. Another significant value is social justice. These type of workers should with an objective to create awareness related to different social things such as discrimination, poverty, and unemployment. Furthermore, a worker must be aware of the respect and worth of every human exist, and work dedicatedly work towards their betterment of life. Social Welfare Organizations in Delhimust also be acquainted with the importance of human relationships, and help people whose relationships are unstable. Finally, they should be competent in their respective field so that they are able to help people overcome their problems.

  4. There are also some ethical standards, same as followed by Active Member of Congress, in which workers should follow in all sorts of terms and condition. They should be fully devoted to the well-being of their clients and put it above the own personal gains. They must have the permission of an individual before providing them with any sort of help and assistance, and not allowed to compel anyone for something.
