Exam distress and exam nervousness are things which are common among students of all stage of age groups. It is a kind of performance anxiety where the pressure is on good performance. The exam fear is normal. Most of the young students experience some sort of nervousness before or during the exam such as, 1. Develop sensible and good study habits. Appropriate study behaviors and preparation are the key secrets to reduce exam fear. Avoid eleventh-hour "revising" for exams. Recognize when the tests are springing up and prepare in advance; do not allow your child to study the whole night before the exam day. 2.
