Spatial delimitation • The specification of elements necessary for the spatial delimitation of Leader type cooperation and the formulation of its potential spatial units on the Croatian side; • Guidelines, experiences and problems of spatial delimitation on the Hungarian side; • Result: 1. a guideline for spatial delimitation and the concrete spatial units • 2. The presentation of Hungarian experiences
The identification of potential beneficiaries and LAG (Local Action Group) members • Local, regional actors from civil, public and entrepreneurial sectors ready to participate in planning, in the new organizational structure who also may be the potential beneficiaries of the program. • Identification of elements and methods serving for the stakeholders’ cooperation. (Meetings, forums, announcements, etc.)
Programming • Specification of requirements against local programmes; • Specification of the scheduling and major cornerstones of the whole programming process; Common work based on Hungarian – improved - practice and adjusted to the Croatian needs and possibilities resulting in: • Elaborating a program scheme with a timing plan.
Best and worst practices • The presentation and analysis of some best and worst practices in Hungarian Leader+ areas. The analysis of current strategies. • The presentation of some development success or failure stories in Croatian areas in the fields of micro-enterprises, tourism and local development. • Result: developing an evaluation system – containing concrete case studies – both on Croatian and Hungarian side which may successfully be exploited by both parties in programming and in the planning of concrete projects.
Central government’s regulation system • The presentation of the major elements of the Hungarian institutional- procedural- and financing system. • Result: preparation of a proposal for the possible frameworks and elements of the Croatian Leader Program with special regards to avoiding those errors that Hungarians had already made.
