What is Business Intelligence (BI) Forrester's definition: Business intelligence is a set of methodologies, processes, architectures, and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information used to enable more effective strategic, tactical, and operational insight and decision-making.

  3. For us, this means... • Communicating the education sector workforce story so that “non-technical people” can make strategic decisions informed by accurate data.
