However, some users are getting the problem in streaming the content from this service due to sign-up problem and non-existence of HBO help section on HBO official page.

The help section on the main page is unavailable and they have been told to call their internet service provider for this issue which seems to be absurd. Due to which they find it difficult to log in to the app. They are getting ‘Failed to connect’ message on screen when they open the app.
