RMK State Forest Management Centre manages 800 000 ha of forest land (38%) • 17 forest districts • 13 recreational areas, 5 nature parks, 40 other protected areas • 2000 km of nature trails • 178 fireplaces, 41 tenting areas, 42 forest houses • 26 information centres, 18 nature centres, 4 nature houses and Sagadi Forest Centre
