Essential criteria - all professions • Genuine motivation & commitment to MSF (Charter, our work, the broader humanitarian sector) • 2 years professional experience post graduation (absolute minimum) • Experience in supervising, training, managing others • Team player in multi cultural/multi disciplinary context • Travel/work experience in indigenous, remote, developing contexts • Willingness to work in potential unstable environments • Flexibility, adaptability, ability to handle stress effectively • Citizenship/permanent residency in Australia or New Zealand
Desirable criteria - all professions • Previous field experience in humanitarian context • Language skills – FRENCH in particular • Life experience Notes: • No minimum or maximum age • Appropriate state of health – your responsibility • No couples on first placement

A$2000/month initially (after 1/7/2014) • Superannuation • Per diem – local allowance to cover daily expenses in the field • Holiday – (rule of thumb) – 1 week off after each 3 months
