EventStay • Organising an event requires an enormous amount of time and effort by a dedicated team of people. • To make your event successful depends on participants registering and being able to afford appropriately priced accommodation. • Together we can make this happen and at the same time raise money for your club. • Members of your clubs offer a room in their home for out of town participants.
Cash for ClubsWhat does this mean? • Members who host receive $20/30 (single/double) per night per room to cover expenses. • The host's club receives $20 per night per room. If you have 10 members who host for 5 nights your club would raise $1000. • The organisation receives $5 per night per room. If you have 10 clubs hosting as above your organising committee would receive $2000. • Guests pay $55 for their room per night. • This is a fabulous fund raiser. The above scenario would return $12,000 to your event/clubs.
Organising CommitteeWhat do you need to do? • Register your event on the EventStay website. www.eventstay.com.au/events-registration/ • Advise your clubs about EventStay. • Let participants know about EventStay. • Put a link to EventStay on your website.
ClubsWhat do you need to do? • Register your club on the EventStay website so that we can forward your money to you. www.eventstay.com.au/club-registration/ • Encourage your members and friends to host an out of town participant. • Decide how to spend your windfall.
HostsWhat do you need to do? • Register your room with a photo on the EventStay website. www.eventstay.com.au/offer-a-room/ • Provide a clean, smoke free room with towels and bed linen. • Provide access to your kitchen. • You will be reimbursed expenses $20(single person)/$30(two people) per room per night for the length of your guests stay. • Choose a club to receive your Cash for Clubs $20 bonus. • If you do not have a club, consider donating this bonus to the Cancer Council of WA.
GuestsHow do you access a room? • Go to the EventStay website. www.eventstay.com.au/need-a-room/ • Choose your event from the drop down menu. • Choose your room. • Enter your details. • Pay for your accommodation: • $55 per room per night one person. • $65 per room per night for two people. • Enjoy the event.
